Welcome to Asani Service Provider (ASP). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
1. About Asani Service Provider
Asani Service Provider (ASP) is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers, suppliers, and service providers.
ASP acts as a platform and facilitator. In most cases, we are not the seller of the products or the direct provider of the services. The actual seller or service provider is responsible for the quality, delivery, and performance of their products or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using ASP, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You may need to create an account to place orders or book services.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- ASP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products and Services
- Products and services listed on ASP are offered by independent sellers and service providers.
- Descriptions, prices, availability, and images are provided by the respective sellers/service providers.
- ASP does not guarantee the accuracy of product or service information, although we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality.
- Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice.
5. Orders and Bookings
- Placing an order or booking a service constitutes an offer to purchase.
- ASP or the relevant seller/service provider may accept or reject any order at their discretion.
- An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notification).
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery/service address and contact details.
6. Payments
We accept multiple payment methods, including:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – where available
- Online payment methods (as shown at checkout)
All payments must be made in full as per the amount shown at the time of order/booking. COD availability depends on location, product type, and seller/service provider.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Service Performance
Delivery and service performance timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the seller, location, and other factors.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
- Return, refund, and exchange requests are handled according to our Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.
- Service cancellations are governed by our Service Cancellation Policy.
- Different sellers and service providers may have their own specific terms (return windows, cancellation charges, etc.). These specific terms will apply where clearly stated before purchase.
9. Seller and Service Provider Responsibilities
Sellers and service providers are independent third parties. They are solely responsible for:
- Product quality and authenticity
- Accurate product/service descriptions
- Timely delivery or service performance
- Handling warranties (where applicable)
- Compliance with applicable laws
ASP is not liable for the actions, products, or services of independent sellers or service providers.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to harm the Platform, its users, or its systems
- Scrape, copy, or misuse content from the Platform
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (including logos, text, design, software, and trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Asani Service Provider. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ASP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- ASP’s total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service in question.
- ASP is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Asani Service Provider, its team, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
